Proposal Submission System
The central tool to organize the access to the facilities is the Proposal Submission System: Login
The Proposal Submission System will help you to:
- submit your new Proposals
- check the status of your previous Proposals/Experiments
- submit and consult Experimental Reports
- manage your publications.
Security and Radiation Safety Instructions
The new web-based system Security and Radiation Safety Instructions can be accessed within the KIT network (also via VPN). At the end of the training, a printout and signature are required for filing in the binders used during inspections by the Regional
Council. Please put the printout into the designated mailbox at the north entrance of Building 348 will collect the
signed printouts. If a completed training session cannot be printed due to a technical issue, it can later be retrieved and reprinted by our staff upon providing your first name, last name, and date of birth (exact spelling required).
